EXPEDITIONS

Our Wayfarer expeditions take the best of the traditional DofE experience: in-depth navigation, self-sufficient travel, and real-world problem-solving to give young people practical skills that last a lifetime. With expert instruction and a focus on independence, resilience, and teamwork, each journey is a true adventure. Participants travel independently with remote supervision from instructors experienced in wilderness environments, gaining confidence and capability with every step.
Training Framework

LOCAL ROUTE e.g. NORTH DOWNS
The Challenge

Duration: 2 days, 1 night qualifying expedition (plus 3-day training and practice)

Distance: 12-15km per day with minimum 6-hour walking days
